Norma Urrabazo is currently on staff at International Church of Las Vegas for over 17 years, assisting with Pastoral responsibilities as well as Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor.  ICLV is a large multi-campus church with over 6,000 members in attendance.   She has served in many capacities over the years and has a vast knowledge of many aspects of ministry and business.   Norma has had the privilege of speaking in several churches and community organizations.  Her stirring messages are passionate, compelling and inspiring others to overcome and reach for a better future. Pastor Norma is on the Executive Board of the National Latina/Latino Commission (NLLC).  Pastor Norma is also Vice- President of Healthy Families for (NLLC). She has dedicated her life to build the lives of many youth and women.  As a leader in her church and community, she humbly leads others to a stronger committment to Jesus Christ. Pastor Norma desires  to see strong Healthy Latino Families. She will continue to use her gifts to speak to families about their committment to God and each other.
