The main focus of our organization NLLC is to Mentor Young African Americans and Latino Youth  to fulfill their God given destiny

We will assign Faith-Based Executive Directors and Faith-Based Directors in each state to establish the Mentoring program. NLLC has already began the process of appointing  youth leaders across America to our National Youth Board. They will be key advisor's to our mentoring program.  We will establish the 7 Spheres of Influence program in each State, Education, Business, Government, Family, Entertainment, Media, and Churches. NLLC will also assist each state in applying for Private funds, Grants and, provide a  mentor  to each grant recipient.  Business Mentors will work with the Faith-Based Executive Director of each State to insure the quality of accounting and Compliance with grant contract . They will also refer the non-profits to other resources and support that is available to NLLC.  The mentor is the key to keeping the grant recipient on target to accomplish their mission effectively.  Teamwork brings success.

A Mentor should have the following skills and qualities of character:

• Proficiency at interpreting financial information.
• Have a heart for helping others, In loving memory of Frankie Nunez ( Rev.Eve's beloved 15 year old son).
• Believe in conservative Biblical values  and the mission of the National Latina/Latino Commision.
• Provide References, and must have character and integrity above reproach, pass vetting clearance. 
• Be experienced in One of the 7 Spheres of influence, Education, Business, Government, Media, Entertainment, Family, Church.

Retired executives, CPA's or consultants would be good candidates for these mentoring opportunities
